York Yankees America's most storied sports franchise

New
York Rangers For players, Training Camp is the
beginning of the season and a chance to earn their spot on
Broadway for the 2003-04 campaign. But it is also an opportunity
for the players to bond and get to know one another off the
ice as well. That’s exactly what the Rangers will be doing
tonight as they set sail on the club’s annual boat cruise
around Manhattan.
Buffalo
Sabres "Chris is guy who has experience winning,"
stated head coach Lindy Ruff at Drury's introductory press
conference."He has been a game-breaker and a great all around
player. He is a player that will make a difference. I think
he is going to be very exciting to watch and I am very excited
to have him on my hockey club."
New
York Giants The city of New York was introduced
to professional football on the same day that the city was
introduced to the New York Giants. It was a clear, sunny October
afternoon in 1925 when the Giants took the field to play against
the Frankford Yellow Jackets. The Giants lost their home debut
by the score of 14-0 to knock their record to 0-3 after opening
with two losses on the road. But more importantly, the New
York Giants and professional football had arrived.

New
York Knicks The New York Knickerbockers, known
as the Knicks, are one of only two charter members of the
National Basketball Association still in their original cities
(the other being the Boston Celtics). The Knicks were among
the league's elite in three different eras, each separated
by about two decades. In the early 1950s New York played for
the NBA title three times.
Syracuse
Orangemen Carmelo Anthony, the Final Four MVP,
left for the NBA after one season and guard Kueth Duany graduated.
